Toi Noelle is a choreographer who creates communities—intimate, ephemeral, and profoundly impactful. Her work begins with a concept, born from emotion and quickly translating into vivid, ever-present movement in her mind's eye. With a process grounded in intuition, she allows her body to speak first—wild, chaotic, and unfiltered—until the truth of her concept emerges through the language of motion. For her, the answers are always in the movement.

She is inspired by the little things—the almost-forgotten, the easily missed, the fragile whispers of existence. Her work celebrates what it means to be human: unedited, blemished, fallible, aging, complex, and rare. Toi finds beauty in the inward, the understated, and the quiet universality of imperfection, bringing these hidden details to light.

Toi’s urge to create is fueled by a longing for community. Every performance builds relationships—between audience and dancer, dancer and choreographer, and even between fleeting moments of shared understanding among strangers.
